About the Role

Gilead Sciences is seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Analyst to join their growing Insights, Digital and Analytics team. The role involves developing digital metrics, managing data feeds, and delivering actionable performance reports to influence digital advertising and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement KPIs and performance metrics across web, mobile, social, and paid media platforms.
Define, validate, and maintain data feeds from various digital sources such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, ad servers, and CRM systems.
Build and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI.
Analyze data across multiple digital channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Work closely with marketing, media, and product teams to translate business goals into measurable digital strategies.
Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within digital advertising or digital marketing environments.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics, tag management systems, and data visualization platforms.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
Knowledge of digital media buying platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Qualifications

Educational background in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
