Digital Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement KPIs and performance metrics across web, mobile, social, and paid media platforms.
• Define, validate, and maintain data feeds from various digital sources such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, ad servers, and CRM systems.
• Build and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI.
• Analyze data across multiple digital channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Work closely with marketing, media, and product teams to translate business goals into measurable digital strategies.
• Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within digital advertising or digital marketing environments.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics), tag management systems, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
• Knowledge of digital media buying platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
