Digital Content & Graphic Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and layout traffic signage artwork based on MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) standards and client specifications.
• Prepare and format artwork for digital printing, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and print-readiness.
• Design engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, website content, and marketing materials.
• Create short-form videos, animations, and reels to showcase products, behind-the-scenes processes, and company culture.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.
• Write compelling captions, post copy, and basic blog content aligned with brand voice.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance.
• Assist in photography and video shoots for product and promotional content.
• Support the design of print materials when needed (e.g., brochures, signage mockups, trade show displays).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and content scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
