Marketing Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design a wide range of marketing materials, including website assets (banners, landing pages, graphics).
• Create print materials such as flyers, posters, and event collateral.
• Develop sales and promotional materials like presentations, one-sheets, and proposals.
• Design branding assets that ensure a consistent look and feel across campaigns.
• Work closely with the SVP of Creative to execute design concepts and maintain brand standards.
• Translate business and marketing goals into visually compelling designs.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Prepare final files for both digital and print production.

Requirements

• Professional design experience, preferably in marketing, branding, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Experience designing for both web and print.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio that highlights your design range and creativity.
