About the Role

The Digital Experience Specialist supports BBG Advanced Therapies, a subsidiary of BioBridge Global, by managing and optimizing digital marketing efforts. This role involves building brand presence across digital platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads. The position requires a creative storyteller committed to delivering world-class customer service and aligning with the company's core values of Accountability, Stewardship, Pioneer, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging digital content and strategies across web, social media, and multimedia platforms.
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content across various platforms.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, or other marketing and sales platforms.
  • Support website content updates, landing page creation, and SEO optimization.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and engaging content.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, technologies, and best practices to propose new ideas and enhancements.
  • Assist in competitor and market research to inform strategy and execution.
  • Support event promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Manage content calendars, campaigns, and performance analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain multimedia content such as photo galleries, slideshows, and videos embedded in web pages.
  • Set up new site pages/sections and campaign landing pages for the website.
  • Track and report on site metrics, analyze reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor online conversations about the organization to identify trends, influencers, and engagement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to web and branding guidelines and standards.
  • Perform image manipulation tasks including creating thumbnails, resizing images, and editing images.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to foster trust and encourage content sharing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Requires one year of digital marketing or related role experience.
  • Requires graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools).
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Video editing experience.
  • Experience in content creation, including writing, photography, and video production and editing.
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
  • Proactive, innovative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to connect deeply with an industry, keeping an eye on emerging trends and audience interests.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Experience working with a marketing agency.
  • Knowledge of modern content creation tools and AI tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, preferably in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, digital media, or related discipline.
