Digital Imaging Assistant - PCM

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Updating images and files using Adobe Photoshop, including file naming, dimension adjustments, color corrections, stamping, extracting art, pen tooling, batch actions, and using scripts for efficiencies.
• Ensuring product images meet quality and company standards.
• Accurately managing images and data within Fanatics systems and DAM.
• Focusing on image files management, organization, and data support for the e-commerce platform.
• Managing and tracking progress on assigned tasks through various interfaces including in-house task management tools, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, and Service-Now.
• Organizing tasks to meet deadlines as an individual and team member.

Requirements

• Have an Associate's degree (or above) and 2+ years of professional experience in digital imaging.
• Possess a professional portfolio.
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Windows OS.
• Comfortable working with large PSD files and managing numerous layers.
• Experience with asset management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work on an as-needed basis, including weeknights and weekends.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience working with high volumes of images.
• Ability to understand e-commerce dependencies within different departments.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous data entry skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher.
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital imaging.
