Digital Marketing Analytics Senior Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for client implementation and ongoing services related to marketing analytics.
• Participate as part of a cross-functional team as a doer and advisor on behalf of clients within various industries.
• Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Strengthen relationships and communicate effectively with client personnel and professional associates.
• Assist in establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies under the direction of Managers.

Requirements

• Experience guiding strategies utilizing analytics.
• Understanding of how Customer Data Platforms (CDP) contribute to data architecture, personalization, and analysis.
• Documentation skills, including handling and updating documents such as client solutions design references (SDR) and business requirement documents (BRD).
• Ability to dive into accounts, find insights and opportunities for performance improvement, and clearly communicate these optimizations and results.
• Experience evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
• Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network.
• Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4+ years' experience in analytics implementations & analysis.
• Proficiency in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Web SDK.
• Certifications related to Adobe strongly preferred (e.g., Adobe Analytics Developer, Business Practitioner, Architect).

Nice to Have

• Agency experience in analytics preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4+ years' experience in analytics implementations & analysis.
• Certifications related to Adobe Analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics Developer, Business Practitioner, Architect).
