Digital Marketing Analytics Senior Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Part of the delivery team responsible for client implementation and ongoing services related to marketing analytics.
• Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency for clients.
• Strengthen relationships and communicate effectively with client personnel and professional associates.
• Accept responsibility for decision-making in establishing project scope, work plans, staffing, and preparing deliverables under the direction of Managers.
• Set up platforms to enable Customer Journey Analytics and leverage analytics to drive experiences.
• Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data to find insights and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Translate and communicate issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel, including executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4+ years' experience in analytics implementations and analysis; agency experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Web SDK.
• Experience guiding strategies utilizing analytics.
• Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and their contribution to data architecture, personalization, and analysis.
• Strong documentation skills, including handling client solutions design references (SDR) and business requirement documents (BRD).
• Ability to evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.
• Ability to establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network.
• Effective communication skills to translate issues, risks, or challenges to clients, including executives.

Nice to Have

• Certifications related to Adobe (e.g., Adobe Analytics Developer, Business Practitioner, Architect).
• Experience with digital analytics trends and developments.
• Interest in working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
• Interest in project management and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 4+ years' experience in analytics implementations & analysis.
• Adobe Analytics proficiency and related certifications preferred.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $95,000.00 - $142,000.00 with a bonus target of 10%, estimated total cash range of $104,500.00 - $156,200.00.
