The role involves maintaining, enhancing, and updating digital marketing reports, dashboards, and analytics insights for a diverse range of clients, working closely with senior team members, and growing analytical and technical skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain regular client reports and dashboards using platforms such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics (GA4), and BigQuery.
  • Conduct data quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of client-facing analytics reports.
  • Assist senior analysts in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data for advanced analysis.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis from internal team members and clients.
  • Learn and assist with data integration and workflow automation tasks under guidance from the Data Engineer.
  • Document and standardize analytics processes, report structures, and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings, provide proactive updates on project statuses, and collaborate effectively across departments.

Requirements

  • Some experience in digital marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, metrics, and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Basic proficiency with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Candidates should live in or be able to work in St. Louis, MO, with the understanding that the team gathers in the office 2-3 times weekly.
