About the Role

The Digital Marketing Partner at GHD is a role within the Marketing Operations Center of Excellence, part of Global Marketing. The position involves partnering with marketing teams to optimize campaigns, manage marketing automation platforms, and drive business growth through innovative use of MarTech and AI tools. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing automation initiatives to drive demand generation and growth using the MarTech ecosystem and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Define and refine list segmentation strategies and rules to ensure effective audience targeting and maximize activation of the marketable database.
  • Create and improve campaigns, engagement studio nurtures, and automations to feed into personas, lead scoring/grading rules, personalization, and audience engagement programs.
  • Optimize email campaigns to drive high click-through rates, resulting in high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and contributing to pipeline growth.
  • Help define, set up, and administer systems and governance processes for marketing use of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Personalization, and Advertising, including integrations with Salesforce and other tools.
  • Partner with marketing and IS teams to resolve marketing issues and support critical business initiatives.
  • Test and manage consent management rules, related lists, and ongoing compliance.
  • Administer email and audience management over and under-targeting rules, tag governance, folder structure, custom objects, and campaign naming conventions.
  • Scope out new requirements for systems, integrations, and process changes to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Test and rollout new changes to marketing systems.
  • Lead or contribute to projects related to optimization of the MarTech stack, use of AI, and future innovations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), with advanced skills in building and segmenting audiences.
  • Salesforce certifications in Account Engagement and Sales Cloud are preferred.
  • Advanced experience with marketing automation and engagement platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Eloqua, Marketo.
  • Experience with CRM campaign automations, including building flows within Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Tibco, Eventbrite, and ON24.
  • Good understanding of key MarTech tools, including personalization tools like Adobe Target or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Power BI, and adtech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and technologies relevant to marketing and automation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work with incomplete information, and design effective solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills for communicating marketing technology plans and progress.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail, manage multiple projects across global time zones, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and committed to staying up to date on MarTech and AI trends.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with AI tools and future innovations in marketing technology.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
