About the Role

All God's Children International is actively seeking a dedicated individual to serve as our Digital Media Specialist. This role leads the creation, strategy, and day-to-day management of AGCI's social media presence across key platforms. The Digital Media Specialist manages core accounts, including AGCI and the Trauma Disrupter Coalition (TDC), ensuring alignment with brand voice and mission. The position involves overseeing social media efforts, paid ad campaigns, and working closely with the Brand Ambassador and cross-functional teams to share impactful stories, maintain marketing materials, and communicate AGCI's mission. The organization is a child advocacy and trauma disruptor organization committed to dismantling systemic trauma affecting children worldwide, with a focus on mission-driven storytelling, community engagement, and strategic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead social media strategy for AGCI, TDC, and supporting accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand voice.
  • Develop messaging that reflects AGCI's Christ-centered identity, incorporating themes of family, healing, redemption, justice, and calling.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform, including capturing, editing, and publishing original Reels and short-form videos.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, uploading stories, and engaging with followers.
  • Respond promptly to comments and messages, and conduct monthly post-analysis to refine strategies.
  • Develop and manage strategies to engage brand ambassadors and influencers, supporting campaigns and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with influencers, identify new content creators, and track campaign performance.
  • Partner with other departments to support marketing needs, attend meetings, and use project management tools to facilitate workflow.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, and content shares, and assist with cross-channel media plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, English, or Communications preferred) from a four-year college or university.
  • 3+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in social media and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), social media management platforms (e.g., Later), and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
  • Experience with digital advertising, including managing paid campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with and protect confidential information and demonstrate discernment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with video editing and visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Trello.
  • Experience working in nonprofit or faith-based organizations.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social media and digital marketing.
