The Applied AI Growth Lead focuses on shaping industry solutions, developing GTM strategies, and delivering AI offerings in Education & Research.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own Huron's AI Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to drive revenue-generating AI offerings in partnership with Industry and Digital Capability Leads.
Lead AI offerings sales and product development, from ideation to launch, including pricing strategy, build vs. buy vs. partner decisions, feature development, and post-launch improvements.
Transform business processes and deploy AI solutions in enterprise-grade production environments within the Education and Research industry.
Proficiently manage programs, finances, project delivery, and lead client and team relationships.
Create industry-specific solutions and delivery models to shape the industries served.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
15+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale transformation and embedding AI into multidisciplinary teams.
5+ years of experience in AI product management, including developing and delivering GTM strategies for Machine Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, and related applications.
Deep industry knowledge in Education and Research with the ability to tailor solutions and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
Proven experience transforming business processes and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
Proficient in program and financial management, project delivery, and relationship management.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Flexible living locations across US and Canada.

Nice to Have

Experience in developing and executing AI GTM strategies for enterprise solutions.
Strong ability to build strategic partnerships across matrixed consulting structures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
15+ years of enterprise transformation experience.
5+ years of AI product management experience.

Eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program.
Total estimated compensation range of $262,500 - $371,250 USD including base salary and incentive.
