Key Responsibilities

Design and implement the overall DevOps strategy, identifying areas for improvement and creating a roadmap for DevOps transformation.
Partner with Development and IT operations to ensure smooth integration of software releases into production environments.
Implement automation and integration processes, automating tasks like code deployment and infrastructure provisioning for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
Ensure system reliability and efficiency by implementing monitoring systems, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing performance.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in DevOps focusing on distributed on-prem and cloud environments.
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience, preferably in FinTech, Financial Services, or SaaS environments.
Mastery in automation tools and scripting languages, including proficiency in cloud platforms, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.

Nice to Have

4+ years of experience with specific tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
5+ years of experience in system architecture, including cloud services, microservices, and serverless architectures.
4+ years of leadership and management experience to effectively lead teams and drive transformation.
4+ years of experience in adapting to new technologies and methods to maintain a continuous learning mindset.
