About the Role

The New York Red Bulls are one of 30 Major League Soccer (MLS) teams, competing since 1996. They play home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey. Owned by Red Bull, the team has a strong youth soccer development program and a rich history of success, including three MLS Supporters' Shields. The role involves leading digital growth and content strategy to enhance fan engagement and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Lead paid media, creative strategy, and performance content marketing efforts.
Drive fan acquisition, engagement, and retention through full-funnel campaigns.
Own the digital growth strategy across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
Partner closely with creative, ticketing, and CRM teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution.
Build and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize performance.

Requirements

Experience in full-stack performance marketing and strategic storytelling.
Proficiency in managing digital campaigns across multiple channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
