About the Role

Pegasystems is looking for a talented marketer skilled in marketing to the developer community. Pega's industry leading platform and CRM apps are attracting a rapidly growing ecosystem of developers. This is a unique opportunity to inspire Pega's developer ecosystem growth. As Director of Developer Marketing, you will be a member of the ecosystem engagement & strategy team driving messaging and promotion for developer outreach and engagement. As a Director on the GTM Strategy team, you'll help drive the success of Pega's Platform and Customer Service businesses by turning strategy into action. Your role will focus on developing, supporting, and executing go-to-market programs that enable the field to position Pega effectively with IT and business decision-makers. You'll collaborate closely with sales, solutions consulting, product, marketing, and enablement teams to ensure GTM activities are aligned, impactful, and measurable. You will help build and scale field programs that increase pipeline, accelerate opportunity progression, and improve win rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of GTM strategies for Pega's Customer Service and Platform solutions.
  • Translate buyer insights, product priorities, and marketing strategy into actionable field-facing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage programs that enable better field engagement with decision-makers, including demo readiness, value proposition delivery, and solution storytelling.
  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Consulting to identify and scale effective sales tactics.
  • Operate a rhythm of the business that continuously assesses opportunity health and pipeline progression.
  • Identify and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
  • Contribute to best practice sharing across regions, segments, and industries.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working with or enabling field organizations in a B2B setting.
  • Familiarity with customer service and automation technologies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
