Director, Marketing Analytics and Strategic Insights

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting BCS's client acquisition efforts by leveraging internal and external data for engaging with clients and advisors and managing external data partner relationships.
• Leading Analytics for Digital Marketing - client campaigns, online journeys, etc.
• Leading and mentoring a team of analysts and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders in Banking & Cash Solutions, Marketing, and Product to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Developing a robust analytics framework to measure campaign performance and marketing ROI.
• Contributing to defining BCS' Data Strategy and Infrastructure development.
• Partnering closely with BCS leadership to drive growth strategies, optimize client acquisition efforts, and enhance customer engagement through advanced analytics and data-driven marketing.
• Providing reporting and insights to key partners in areas such as Investments and Operations to improve business effectiveness.
• Bringing industry best practices to increase the maturity of the Analytics program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7 - 10 years of experience as a leader, either formally or informally, with resilience and an energetic/positive attitude.
• Extensive experience with tools such as Dataiku, PowerBI, SQL, Python.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics.
• Experience managing analytics behind Digital Marketing campaigns and online journeys.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively communicate ideas, issues, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships across organizational levels and influence improvements.
• Ability to work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while driving toward clarity and solutions.

• Experience with Lean methodology.
• In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes.
• Experience driving process/asset changes and initiatives.
