About the Role

The Director Of Organic Marketing at Ag Central is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for growing the company's online and community presence through non-paid channels. The role involves developing and executing organic marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and building brand awareness to position Ag Central as the go-to source for high-quality pre-owned mowers. This position combines strategy with execution, including videography, performance tracking, and refining efforts to increase website traffic, customer inquiries, and brand loyalty. As the first marketing leader, the individual will help tell the company's story and build a following in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive organic marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Build brand awareness and customer trust across digital and community channels.
  • Identify and capitalize on seasonal trends to drive peak sales periods.
  • Optimize website for search engines (SEO) to ensure high visibility for local and regional mower-related searches.
  • Create and manage engaging content such as blog posts, guides, videos, and customer stories to attract and educate customers.
  • Manage organic social media presence on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Encourage and manage customer reviews and referrals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Use insights from analytics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness over time.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in organic marketing, digital marketing, or brand growth with demonstrated results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Agency or dealership/retail experience in marketing.
  • Experience with videography and content creation.
  • Knowledge of website analytics and performance tracking tools.
