The opportunity involves working on Firefly, Adobe's investment in generative AI, shaping its web and mobile experience, and leading a team of product managers and cross-disciplinary collaborators to push boundaries and unlock new ways for people to create, ideate, and connect through AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide the evolution of the Firefly Site platform, supporting a growing team of product managers across mobile, homepage, growth, and workflows.
  • Work side-by-side with data scientists, engineers, and creative peers to develop and refine user experiences.
  • Craft how users experience Firefly, including how they find it, use it, return to it, and build with it.
  • Tune performance, refine cross-product journeys, and ensure that every touchpoint—from homepage to mobile app—is responsive, intuitive, and impactful.
  • Use behavioral data and experimentation to inform decisions and build systems that enable your team to do the same.
  • Evolve product roadmaps through listening, pattern recognition, iteration, and strategic bets rather than owning a fixed roadmap.

Requirements

  • Spent a decade or more building products and leading teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in data, experimentation, and storytelling, comfortable working with dashboards and aligning with senior leaders.
  • Experience leading at scale with a focus on systems, user journeys, and long-term impact.
  • Curiosity, urgency, and care in building teams and shaping product experiences.
  • Excitement about how generative AI can unlock new forms of creative expression and a desire to lead that transformation.
