Senior Digital Product Manager - Fintech

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Fintech portfolio including 7-Eleven Wallet across digital channels.
• Partner across 7-Eleven digital channels and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to discover, ideate, formulate roadmaps, drive product launches, and monitor impact.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Partner with Treasury, Operations, Technology, Legal, Backoffice, and Payment Processors to execute features and monitor ecosystem health.
• Review and analyze product metrics to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
• Make suggestions to advance FinTech capabilities across the digital ecosystem.
• Create and execute the product roadmap in partnership with senior management.
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure correct and scheduled product releases.
• Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications for new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable professional experience.
• At least 6 years of FinTech product management experience focused on digital financial services such as merchant wallet, bill payments, and remittance.
• Experience leading digital financial services initiatives and growing merchant wallet in a retail ecosystem is a plus.
• Working knowledge of payment processors, money movement, and fraud.
• Extensive experience operating in an agile environment and partnering with scrum teams.
• Experience working with both customer experience and back-end applications.
• Ability to work with significant autonomy and little oversight.
• Experience conceptualizing and executing initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams and engineering.
• Experience building and prioritizing roadmaps considering trade-offs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience making data-based decisions.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• A proactive, trust-building, and motivating work style.

Nice to Have

• Experience in growing merchant wallet in a retail ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Educational background or professional experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
