eCommerce Content Specialist II

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day operations of the CMS to publish content across digital storefronts.
• Uploads and optimizes static images, videos, and gifs for performance, speed, and visual impact.
• Partners with the on-site merchandisers to execute campaign strategies on sites.
• Fine-tunes asset placement, image cropping, and CTA positioning to drive engagement and conversion.
• Performs QA checks to ensure high-quality execution and functional accuracy.
• Applies UX-informed best practices when laying in copy, visuals, and interactions.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Creative, Product Management, Merchandising, and Development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, required.
• 3+ years experience working in a CMS required, preferably in a high-volume eCommerce environment.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and other image editing tools, required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, with an eye for visual consistency and quality.
• An understanding of user experience principles, especially related to content layout and interaction.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for critical thinking.
• A positive attitude that relates to our 'fun-loving' brand and company culture.
