About the Role

Unilever is seeking an EGO Marketing Chief for the Andean region, based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role involves leading brand innovation, developing and executing strategies to drive growth, and contributing to a purpose-driven work environment that aims to create a better business and a better world. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead brand innovation in the Andean region by identifying relevant consumer trends and perceptions in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru.
  • Design and execute comprehensive brand strategies to promote growth and strengthen market leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with multifunctional teams such as R&D, supply chain, and CMI to bring purpose-driven innovations to life.
  • Develop and implement impactful communication plans across digital and traditional channels.
  • Monitor brand performance and consumer engagement using data to optimize strategies and ensure business impact.
  • Manage the brand's P&L lines, seeking opportunities to improve profitability and maximize value.
  • Lead the modernization agenda of the brand to keep it relevant and connected with new and existing consumers.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in beauty, personal care, or fast-moving consumer goods industries.
  • Proven track record leading brand strategies, innovation projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing P&L and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the Andean region.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at local and global levels.
  • Leadership and influence skills in multifunctional teams.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking to drive relevance and innovation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess performance data.
  • Agility and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Personal commitment and focus on results.
