Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of strategic projects aligned with business growth objectives.
Drive technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across your team.
Mentor leaders, shape technology strategy, and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Lead design for complex software projects including architecture, technical design, and delivery.
Direct multiple technology teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business outcomes.
Work with engineering leads to design complex software systems and implement best practices in architecture and cloud computing.
Foster professional growth, mentor team leaders, and cultivate future technology leadership.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable technology initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and adoption of emerging technologies.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Oversee team performance, set goals, manage expectations, and provide ongoing feedback.
Manage resources, budgeting, and capacity planning to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Engineering, or a related field with outstanding academics, or equivalent experience and demonstrated ability to learn.
7+ years' experience working on a professional development team.
3+ years' experience in a management role overseeing multiple teams.
Experience aligning technology initiatives with strategic business objectives.
Experience using and encouraging use of AI coding tools (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.).
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
Proven ability in talent development, mentoring, and team building.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience driving innovation and managing change within technology environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience making data-driven decisions.
Experience with software design including architecture and cloud computing.
Strong experience with AWS technologies and services.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud computing and AWS services.
Experience with AI coding tools such as Github Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Base salary range of $156,000-$210,600, determined based on skills, education, and experience.
