About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the day-to-day activities of the assigned department, including attending strategic meetings and contributing ideas.
• Help solve key business issues relevant to the department and the company's global success.
• Engage in developmental activities such as Professional Development Workshops, Industry Insights, and the Emerging Talent Associate Capstone Project.
• Assist with tasks related to Visual Media Licensing - Clearance or Creative departments, depending on placement.
• Contribute to departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age by September 2, 2025.
• Located within the United States for the duration of the program.
• Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city.
• Able to commit to a 20-25 hour work week.
• A self-starter attitude with genuine curiosity for the business.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong passion for and knowledge of the music industry.

• Leadership experience on or off campus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or actively seeking a law degree for placements in Business & Legal Affairs (if applicable).
• Submission of a creative portfolio for creative placements (if applicable).
