Farm-to-Table Marketing Content Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the posting plan for company social media accounts (mainly Facebook and Instagram) and perform the postings.
• Develop the posting plan for hub-specific social media accounts and coordinate the activities of other employees who post.
• Create content for social media sites, including photos, videos, and stories.
• Develop and manage a cadence for the supplier-facing newsletter/blog and oversee content creation and publication.
• Develop and execute a plan to ensure supplier-generated content in the online store follows guidelines.
• Meet and build relationships with suppliers visiting the hub each week.
• Travel occasionally to other hubs for relationship building and support.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Content creation experience (preferred 1 year).
• Ability to commute to Indianapolis, IN 46250.
• Ability to relocate to Indianapolis, IN 46250 before starting work.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Small business experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop and implement social media posting plans.
• Interest in locally grown and produced food, and familiarity with farmers markets or food artisans.

• Experience with social media management and content creation.
• Experience with newsletter/blog development.
• Experience in marketing, merchandising, or customer support roles.
• Being a 'local foodie' or having a passion for locally sourced food.
