Key Responsibilities

Manage, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute multiple programs simultaneously within the MMIC Product Area.
Ensure achievement of financial, schedule, and performance objectives for assigned programs.
Support new business capture and develop financial plans for the Product Area.
Model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security.
Collaborate and interface with Engineering, Operations, Business Development, Contracts, Subcontracts, Finance, and Procurement functions, as well as with internal and external customers.
Ensure that the portfolio's financial, schedule, and technical objectives are met and that customer satisfaction is maximized.
Oversee all aspects of program initiation, planning, and execution, including cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and customer engagement.
Make cost-effective decisions that meet financial commitments for orders, sales, profit, and cash flow.
Create new business strategies and develop strategic and financial plans.
Understand and manage life cycle aspects of programs.
Work with various contract types and apply Earned Value Management principles.
Communicate clearly and concisely with teams, leadership, and customers.

Requirements

Experience in program management within a technical or engineering environment.
Knowledge of managing multiple programs and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Understanding of financial planning, including developing and managing budgets and financial plans.
Familiarity with contract types and Earned Value Management.
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-person and remote work, primarily on-site in Nashua, NH.
