About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Building, configuring, and integrating FircoSoft Continuity & Trust or similar Sanctions Screening products from the ground up.
• Scaling solutions at an enterprise level to meet organizational needs.
• Identifying, applying, and implementing IT best practices within information systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, security, and compliance.
• Providing direction and mentoring less experienced teammates.
• Interpreting and conveying complex, difficult, or sensitive information such as architecture diagrams, code bases, file structures, or data mapping templates.
• Managing projects and solving complex problems by applying best practices.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or business.
• Four to seven years of IT experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience.
• Professional experience building, configuring, and integrating FircoSoft Continuity & Trust or similar Sanctions Screening products.
• In-depth knowledge of information systems and IT best practices.
• Banking or financial services knowledge in OFAC, AML, KYC, wholesale, wealth, and consumer business units.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle and MS SQL, including performance tuning, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design with strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to IT.
• Experience in Agile Delivery Methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Team management skills and vendor resource management experience (onshore and offshore).
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
