Front-end Lead Developer (React JS/Next JS/MFE)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to different phases of the consulting lifecycle, including defining problems and proposing solutions.
• Participate in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability-building.
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients.
• Drive front-end architecture and design of modern, dynamic web interfaces.
• Create and maintain React-based ecommerce digital platforms.
• Develop technical roadmaps following enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers, UI engineers, integration specialists, cloud engineering, and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and rollout modular web apps.

Requirements

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Nashville, TN OR Hartford, CT, or be willing to relocate prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in leading modern front-end solution design and implementation.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading React JS + Next JS implementations.
• Proven hands-on experience in architecture, system design, and integration of React-based micro front-end solutions.
• Strong skills in ReactJS, Next JS, SSR/SSG, Micro FE integration, Module federation, Typescript, OOPS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Responsive design, and familiarity with React component libraries like MUI.
• Knowledge of React concepts including State Management, Hooks, and error handling.
• Experience with React/Next JS supported Unit test frameworks.
• Experience in UI performance testing tools, debugging, and addressing UI performance issues.
• Ability to perform code review, static code analysis, and quality checks.

• Proven experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments.
