Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack application development projects through the complete software lifecycle using project management principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Design and build high-quality web applications using modern frameworks such as Angular (with NgRx) and Node.js.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and development patterns to enhance the application ecosystem.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development team members on architecture, design, and coding standards.
• Establish and maintain code review processes to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack and recommend improvements based on system insights.
• Produce and maintain thorough documentation for applications, processes, and configurations.
• Conduct end-user training and support onboarding for newly developed applications.
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple development tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Recommend enhancements to improve the performance, usability, and maintainability of existing systems.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on full stack development experience with increasing responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead complex development initiatives from conception to deployment.
• Expertise in front-end development using Angular and NgRx.
• Expertise in back-end development using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control systems and DevOps tools, such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• History of providing technical mentorship and influencing engineering best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor developers and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities to design and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in general PC operations, development tools, and troubleshooting environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms beyond Azure, such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
