About the Role

DSS, Inc. is a leading health information software development and systems integration company, offering services and solutions utilized daily by thousands of clinicians and administrative staff across both public and private sectors nationwide. We are currently seeking a mid-to-senior level talented and motivated Full Stack Developer for our Federal Products. This position involves using web development technologies to write new products, create new modules for existing products, and design browser-based user interfaces. The role is a hybrid opportunity based in Baton Rouge, LA, requiring 2-3 days in the office weekly.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
Translate business needs into technical solutions
Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality software
Troubleshoot and resolve pre-production and production issues
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion

Requirements

Strong experience with C# .NET, Angular, JavaScript, and SQL Server
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a Government Security Background Investigation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of hands-on development experience (or 13+ years without a degree)
