About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will also have a background in data engineering and a track record of excellence and a desire to work at a fast paced start-up. This role will collaborate with a U.S.-based product team to ideate, design, and implement impactful features aimed at driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will contribute to creating seamless user experiences, data-driven optimizations, and innovative solutions to support Product-Led Growth strategies while ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This role includes some evening availability, for example, responding to Slack inquiries as needed. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in-office in Jerusalem required.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design back-end and front-end web architecture
Collaborate with product, UI/UX, DevOps, and other teams to get high quality products and features up and running
Implement with attention to quality and best practices
Collaborate with product and design teams to identify and prioritize new features

Requirements

Ability to work in-office, in Jerusalem, a minimum of 2 days a week
Availability to collaborate with U.S.-based teams during evening hours, including responding to Slack inquiries as needed and the ability to have meetings during evening hours a few days a week
Must own and operate a smartphone capable of utilizing Slack to monitor and address messages during evening hours when required
Spoken and written English at a mother-tongue level
4+ years experience with React or Angular
4+ years experience with NodeJS
2+ years experience with Typescript
3+ years experience with SQL DB technologies
Experience working with microservice architecture
Experience working in a Cloud environment

Nice to Have

2+ years of experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies or related customer acquisition and retention methodologies
Experience with No-SQL DB like MongoDB, Firestore, ElasticSearch
Experience working at an early-stage startup company
GCP experience (big advantage)
