About the Role

The Full Stack Developer role at Rose International involves modernizing legacy IT applications for a government client by rewriting them using current supported technologies. The position is located in Lansing, MI, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence two days per week. The role supports public service initiatives by providing efficient, secure, and innovative digital solutions to improve citizen lives, working within a collaborative and supportive environment dedicated to continuous system enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, testers, and business analysts
Ensure clean code practices, proper architecture patterns, and adherence to development standards
Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and DevOps deployment processes

Requirements

3+ years of strong hands-on experience with front-end libraries/frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJS
3+ years of strong hands-on experience with .NET C#
3+ years of experience in SQL Server
Associate's Degree (required), Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Must have skills in .Net, Angular, C#, SQL Server, Web API
Must be located near Lansing, MI, due to onsite requirement

Nice to Have

Experience with VueJS

Qualifications
