Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, interactive applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Create intuitive user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement state management solutions and optimize front-end performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional, accessible web applications.
• Develop reusable component libraries and maintain consistent design systems across multiple applications.
• Build scalable server-side applications using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET frameworks.
• Design & implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL & other endpoints for seamless front-end integration.
• Develop microservices architectures and implement service-to-service communication patterns.
• Create robust authentication and authorization systems including OAuth, JWT, and role-based access controls.
• Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies for high-performance data retrieval.
• Design and maintain relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database migrations for data management.
• Implement data validation, backup strategies, and database security best practices.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, webhooks, and external data sources.
• Develop ETL processes for data transformation and synchronization between systems.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployment.
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, & alerting systems to ensure application reliability & performance.
• Manage version control workflows using Git and collaborate effectively in team development environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement hotfixes with minimal downtime.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep knowledge of at least one major front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong back-end development skills in Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or similar server-side technologies.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including query optimization and data modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software design patterns, SDLC, SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Selenium).
• Knowledge of security best practices including OWASP guidelines, encryption, and secure coding standards.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and code reviews.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
