Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Stack Architecture and Development: Design and implement full-stack solutions using ReactJS (frontend) and Python (backend), collaborating with AI Developer to integrate LLMs, APIs, and cloud services
• Develop Scalable Microservices: Build and deploy scalable Azure Functions, App Services, and other microservices-based components using Python and Azure-native tools
• Frontend Development: Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, integrating with LLMs and dynamic datasets
• API and Data Layer Engineering: Design secure, performant RESTful APIs and orchestrate data ingestion/storage using Azure Blob Storage, CosmosDB, or SQL services
• DevOps and CI/CD: Set up and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines, automate deployments, and enforce infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles
• Security, Performance, and Maintainability: Apply best practices for code quality, testing (unit/integration), authentication/authorization (OAuth, SSO), and secure data handling
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners, designers, and AI engineers to ensure iterative delivery of well-scoped, user-centric features
• LLM Integration and Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and optimize ChatGPT-3.5 and GPT-4.0 prompt flows for seamless integration into AI-powered tools and user workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and ReactJS
• Proven experience deploying applications to Azure Cloud, including working with Azure Functions, Blob Storage, App Insights, and Azure DevOps
• Strong background in designing and deploying secure, production-grade APIs with token-based authentication and role-based access controls
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, containerization, and asynchronous task management
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, performance optimization, and data pipeline engineering
• Passion for clean code, performance tuning, and building intuitive user experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in hybrid and Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML integrations and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of TypeScript and Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and infrastructure-as-code principles
