The Aetna Technology Delivery team, part of CVS Health's Digital, Data, Analytics & Technology (DDAT) organization, is seeking a passionate and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our mission of transforming how members interact with their health insurance. This role focuses on building and enhancing a cutting-edge Conversational AI platform that empowers users to get answers to their health-related questions through their preferred channel.

Key Responsibilities

Build and enhance a Conversational AI platform that allows users to get health-related answers through various channels.
Work closely with the engineering team and be part of a scrum team to develop AI agents.
Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Debug and optimize applications, perform data analysis, and develop queries as needed.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using NodeJS and Python.
1+ years of debugging and optimization skills, data analysis, query development.
1+ years of experience with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Swagger, TeamSite, or Splunk.
1+ years of experience participating in all aspects of agile software development.
1+ years of experience with cloud development and deployment principles using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with agentic AI platforms (WatsonX, AgentForce, or similar).
Strong collaboration and communication skills within and across teams.
Demonstrated experience building and presenting personal or academic technology projects.

Nice to Have

Experience delivering solutions through a SAFe delivery methodology.
Chatbot experience with IBM Watson Assistant or similar conversational AI tools like Google Dialogflow CX, LivePerson, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, Java, Tableau.
Good business acumen and professional communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment.
Ability to showcase personal technology projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a G.P.A greater than 3.5.
