Job Description

About the Role

You will join the team behind an internal AI platform for processing and interacting with unstructured data. The team is currently over 30 people strong and is organized into agile teams, each of which is self-sufficient and handles the creation of features from the idea stage, through analysis, implementation, testing, production deployment, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop fullstack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js with RESTful APIs.
Build secure, scalable services and frontend components with clean, testable code.
Design and manage ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, connecting to various data sources.
Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration between UI, backend, and data workflows.
Support CI/CD, cloud deployment, and troubleshoot issues across the full tech stack.

Requirements

Proficiency with React.js, TypeScript, and REST API integration.
Experience with Java (Spring Boot) and OAuth2/JWT security.
Knowledge of Azure Data Factory and SQL (T-SQL/PL-SQL).
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services such as Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Functions.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and Git.
Banking domain knowledge with data privacy compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR).
Experience working in an Agile methodology and strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins.

Cloud security and access controls (IAM, RBAC).
