Requirements

Experience in full-stack development, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
Willingness to engage in ongoing training and certification programs.
Interest in software engineering, cloud, AI, and modern development practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with Microsoft technologies and tools.
Previous participation in hackathons or innovative engineering projects.
Knowledge of ethical and productivity implications of intelligent code creation.
