About the Role

The role is for a Full Stack Engineer based in Westlake, TX, focusing on building scalable web applications using full stack programming. The position involves working with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and supporting resilient cloud-based software solutions. Key Responsibilities

Solid experience with Java Spring-based frameworks and libraries, preferably Spring Boot.
Working with public cloud and cloud-based technologies, with a preference for Microsoft Azure.
Hands-on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres, etc.
Experience building and consuming REST API-based integration and microservices architecture.
Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud-based software applications.
Designing and developing applications in microservices architecture.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
15+ years of demonstrable experience in full stack programming building scalable web applications.
Building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres, etc.
Experience building and consuming REST API-based integration and microservices architecture.
Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins.
Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.
Experience with Chaos Testing and other SRE practices for building highly resilient cloud-based software applications.
Skills in designing and developing applications in microservices architecture.
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to guide and lead junior engineers on sound design and engineering practices.
Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns.

Nice to Have

Experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
