Full Stack Engineer (Go, Ansible, Angular, Python)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong background in technologies such as Go, Angular, Python, JavaScript, AWS, RESTful services, Ruby, MVC, Jenkins CI/CD, and Configuration Automation tools like Chef and Ansible.
• Work in an Agile environment utilizing the Spotify model for development and delivery.
• Deploy and use open source tools, utilities, and applications in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Participate in testing environments and frameworks including Unit, Integration, and TDD.
• Contribute to a DevOps environment that is continuously evolving.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
• 6+ years of IT experience.
• Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience with deploying and using open source tools, utilities, and applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, 10-factor CI/CD, and testing frameworks.
• Understanding of the Spotify model for agile development and delivery.
• Experience working in an evolving DevOps environment.

Nice to Have

• Background in Bootstrap, HTML/CSS, Shell Scripting, messaging frameworks (MQ), Service Oriented/Micro-service Architectures, OpenStack, Relational Databases (PostgreSQL).

Qualifications

• Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Experience deploying and using open source tools and utilities.
• Working experience with Agile, CI/CD, and testing environments.
