Full Stack Engineer, Staff

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and automate architectures, interfaces, and solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain repeatable processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the specific needs of our business area and the enterprise.
• Champion Digital Transformation by developing and implementing solutions that leverage DevOps technologies and practices.
• Design and implement automated DevOps solutions for applications, infrastructure, and processes.
• Work with users to unlock the power of machine data by crafting efficient and insightful knowledge objects.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Technical expertise in one or more programming/scripting languages, including Python, BASH, YAML, etc.
• Technical expertise in Splunk Enterprise or similar SIEM and log management systems.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Significant experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

Nice to Have

• Significant experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization using Docker.
• Experience with DevOps tools, such as GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with infrastructure as Code tools, such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Certification(s) and/or significant experience with Splunk or other relevant technologies.
• Experience with Linux/Windows administration.
