About the Role

Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack Lead Developer/Director of Information Solutions to oversee the development and implementation of information systems for a commercial print manufacturing client in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, database management, and hosting platforms, with a focus on delivering scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack solutions.
Oversee database management and optimization using Microsoft SQL.
Develop and maintain front-end applications using Visual Studio and C#.
Manage back-end services and ensure robust API integrations.
Utilize IAS for hosting platforms and ensure high availability and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technology solutions.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure the security and integrity of all information systems.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development and information solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Visual Studio, C#, .NET, and API development.
Experience with IAS for hosting platforms.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in relevant full stack development roles.
