About the Role

Tallo is seeking a Full Stack Marketer to help drive our marketing efforts from strategy to execution. In this role, you'll be working with our team in developing campaigns, guiding content creation, campaign development, analyzing data, and optimizing growth channels. As a Full Stack Marketer, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, quality, and user-centric design. This position is full-time and 100% remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while closely collaborating with colleagues across departments. We welcome candidates with 5-years of marketing experience and care more about your skill set, track record, creativity, and portfolio than any specific degree.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audience of people exploring careers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Set clear marketing KPIs (e.g., lead generation, conversion rates) and create actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Oversee content across multiple channels including blog posts, guides, and social media content, ensuring SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging visuals or videos for campaigns.
  • Manage multi-channel digital campaigns including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn, optimizing keywords and ad spend.
  • Schedule and monitor social media posts on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter, engaging with followers and influencers.
  • Build targeted email campaigns and drip sequences to nurture leads and re-engage users.
  • Segment user base for personalized messaging and utilize marketing automation tools to streamline outreach.
  • Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, preparing regular reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to A/B test landing pages, refine messaging, and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Monitor brand reputation online and engage positively with the community.
  • Work closely with the Product team to align marketing campaigns with product launches and features.
  • Coordinate with Partnerships and Implementations teams to produce enablement materials and gather user feedback.
  • Lead marketing projects end-to-end and mentor junior team members.
  • Act as the marketing lead in cross-department projects, ensuring goals are met and stakeholders are informed.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in marketing roles such as digital marketing or growth marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative expertise and innovation.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (content, email, social, SEO, paid ads).
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Heap, n8n.io, major ad platforms, SEO tools, email automation platforms (e.g., MailChimp), and social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Wordpress CMS for landing page edits.
  • Comfortable interpreting metrics and pivot strategies based on analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving attitude and ability to generate growth hacks and innovative ideas.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and solve problems as they unfold.

Nice to Have

  • Startup experience or previous remote work experience.
  • Experience with cohort analysis, funnel optimization, or A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with the career development or job search industry.
  • Marketing experience in edtech, HR tech, or career services products.
  • A college degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is not required but preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in marketing, business, or communications is desirable.
  • Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to clear required background checks.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range approximately $57,519.75 to $120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligible for bonuses.
