About the Role

Tallo is seeking a Full Stack Marketer to help drive our marketing efforts from strategy to execution. In this role, you'll be working with our team in developing campaigns, guiding content creation, campaign development, analyzing data, and optimizing growth channels. As a Full Stack Marketer, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, quality, and user-centric design. This position is full-time and 100% remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while closely collaborating with colleagues across departments. We welcome candidates with 5-years of marketing experience and care more about your skill set, track record, creativity, and portfolio than any specific degree.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audience, including conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Set clear marketing KPIs and create actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Oversee content across multiple channels, including producing blog posts, guides, and social media content, ensuring SEO optimization.
  • Collaborate with design to produce engaging visuals or videos for campaigns.
  • Oversee multi-channel digital campaigns including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, and optimize SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns.
  • Schedule and monitor social media posts, engage with followers and industry influencers.
  • Build targeted email campaigns and drip sequences, segment user base for personalized messaging, and utilize marketing automation tools.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and use data insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity, monitor brand reputation online, and engage with the community.
  • Work closely with the Product team to align marketing campaigns with product launches and features.
  • Coordinate with Partnerships and Implementations teams to produce enablement materials and gather user feedback.
  • Lead marketing projects end-to-end and mentor junior team members, acting as the marketing lead in cross-department projects.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in marketing roles such as digital marketing or growth marketing.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative expertise and innovation.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including content, email, social, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Heap, n8n.io, major ad platforms, SEO tools, email automation platforms (e.g., MailChimp), and social media management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Wordpress CMS for landing page edits.
  • Comfortable interpreting metrics and pivot strategies based on analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving attitude and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Startup experience or previous remote work experience.
  • Experience with cohort analysis, funnel optimization, or A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with the career development or job search industry.
  • Marketing experience in edtech, HR tech, or career services products.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to clear required background check.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range approximately $57,519.75 to $120,000, based on experience and qualifications.
