We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer for a hybrid working model in Novi Sad or Belgrade, focusing on developing a large-scale financial index administration platform using Angular and Java/Spring technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust solutions
Implement UI components using Angular 2+ and develop Java Spring microservices
Automate workflows through scripting and tooling
Validate requirements via unit, integration and end-to-end tests
Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders

Requirements

4+ years' experience in full-stack development
Extensive knowledge of Angular with a minimum of 4 years of experience
Expertise in Java with a minimum of 4 years of experience
Expert level understanding of Spring Framework
Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs and AWS services
Exposure to messaging brokers (Kafka, MQ) and both relational/No-SQL databases
Experience in financial services (banking, insurance or other financial organization)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Excellent English communication skills and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset
Must possess a valid work permit for Serbia
