About the Role

The Fullstack AI Software Engineer role is with a startup located in Downtown Austin, Texas, focusing on creating AI agents to replace grunt-work previously done by employees. The company is curating a new category designed to perform entire job roles and is building a product from the ground up with a highly collaborative, on-site team that values trust, ownership, and optimism. This position offers an opportunity to learn from experienced operators and engineers during the early stages of the company's development.

Key Responsibilities

Work across the full technology stack, from backend servers to front-end applications.
Design, build, and maintain scalable production systems and APIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure engineering solutions align with business goals.
Navigate and integrate with legacy systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Proficiency in Node.js.
Experience with AI/LLM implementation and integration.
At least 3+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with NestJS.
Experience with Prisma.
Proficiency in Python.
