Key Responsibilities

  • Designing state-of-the-art concepts while delivering innovative capabilities in a new and emerging mission area GPS satellite payload initiatives.
  • Serving as a Software Developer on a team tasked with developing and integrating a variety of software components using C++ to support the development of Software Defined Radio and programmable satellite payloads.
  • Engaging in frequent interactions with peers, teammates, and customers in other geographical locations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in software development using C/C++, Java and Python languages.
  • Desire to learn and be self-sufficient and apply critical thinking skills to troubleshoot complex hardware/software problems.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered and able to obtain an active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of GPS Systems and related supporting concepts.
  • Basic Server Operating Systems, including RedHat Linux.
  • Basic Development/Scripting tools such as VS Code and Bash.
  • Ability to travel within the US up to 25%.
