About the Role

Green Bee Fundraising helps organizations raise money through creative fundraising programs. We're looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, in-office role where you'll combine your creativity and marketing skills to produce engaging content that drives awareness and sales. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a growing company that supports schools, nonprofits, and organizations in achieving their fundraising goals. You'll have the chance to apply your creative talents while contributing to meaningful work in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Design, layout, and prepare materials for print, web, and marketing campaigns.
Create compelling digital designs and manage social media posting.
Assist with content creation, development, and integration of campaigns.
Develop eye-catching marketing pieces that strengthen brand identity and generate new fundraising sales.
Support email marketing campaigns and mass communications.
Perform general office duties including filing, answering phones, data entry, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience with social media management and email marketing required.
Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and help where needed.
