Graphics Design Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with lead designers, design staff, and Workflow to create PPT pitches, illustrations, photographs and prepare digital files for print.
• Create compelling visual experiences optimized for users.
• Assist in solving complex visual problems and provide creative assistance to internal stakeholders.
• Translate highly technical concepts into interactive design, illustrations, and infographics, maintaining visual excellence across all user touchpoints.
• Intermediate use of excel and PowerPoint for daily use.
• Execute tools, templates, processes, and style guides to ensure brand consistency while championing design within our organization.
• Work to take in digital tickets for workflow.
• Prepare digital briefs for designers and schedule out work when needed in this hybrid role.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements

• 2 years relevant experience or recent graduates will work
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to translate technical concepts into visual formats
• Experience in creating visual content such as illustrations, infographics, and digital files

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital tickets and workflow management
• Knowledge of brand style guides and templates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
• 2 years relevant experience or recent graduates
