Graphic Designer-Entry Level

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work throughout the entire product lifecycle, from story/message creation and concept development to final design and media deliverables.
• Produce deliverables such as storyboards, templates, print products, interactive presentations, infographics, web pages, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, motion studies, digital media (e.g., email, newsletter, social media design), and prototypes.
• Translate conceptual ideas, messages, and stories into engaging visual/media print, presentations, and design solutions.
• Create compelling, story-driven, and unique graphic, interactive, and web products.
• Collaborate with team members across different facilities to develop design solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, branding.
• Understanding of design principles such as balance, hierarchy, alignment, contrast.
• Ability to take direction and iterate quickly.
• Basic knowledge of file types, resolution, and production processes for print and digital media.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for presenting and receiving feedback.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with motion design (After Effects, Figma prototypes, Lottie animations).
• Basic understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Knowledge of brand systems and style guides.
• Skills in photography, illustration, or video editing.
• Comfort with collaborative tools such as Slack, Notion, Trello, Miro.
• Awareness of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, DALL·E).
• Interest in staying current on design trends, fonts, and emerging technologies.
