About the Role

Our enterprise telecommunications client is looking for a Graphic Designer (Print) for a 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend. This position is a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote). The role can be based in Overland Park, KS, preferably, or Denver, CO. There is a strong possibility of this role converting to full-time or extending. The position involves designing digital and print assets, collaborating with creative teams, and supporting high-complexity projects within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design digital and print assets for web, social, merchandising, and marketing campaigns
Create print-ready deliverables including in-store signage, retail displays, posters, flyers, and direct mail pieces
Collaborate with copywriters and creative leads to develop compelling brand moments across digital and physical platforms
Support senior designers on high-complexity projects, including revisions, icon creation, landing pages, and file preparation for both digital and print production
Ensure all design work aligns with brand standards and project expectations
Follow established processes for file naming, folder organization, and asset management
Contribute to the development of internal design resources such as style guides, templates, and onboarding materials
Provide mentorship and onboarding support to junior team members as needed

Requirements

3-5 years of professional design experience in an agency or corporate environment
Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work, including retail or in-store marketing experience
Formal design training and a solid understanding of digital and print design principles, trends, and best practices
Experience preparing files for print production, including knowledge of color profiles, bleeds, and resolution requirements
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when receiving and applying feedback
A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and pushing boundaries

Nice to Have

Experience working closely with clients or customer systems
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (implied by the role, but not explicitly listed)
