Key Responsibilities

Design and produce assets for digital and print, including emails, web banners, social media, packaging, presentations, and more
Execute creative concepts from ideation to final delivery with attention to detail and consistency
Interpret brand guidelines to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to brainstorm ideas and develop campaigns
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prepare and package files for production or development
Stay up to date with design trends and tools to keep work fresh and relevant

Requirements

3-5 years of professional design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly digital
Proficiency in Figma
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Experience with creating accessibility friendly assets
Strong communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Experience working within established brand systems
Experience working with retail brands

Nice to Have

Motion design or video editing experience
Familiarity with web design best practices and basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Qualifications

Professional design experience of 3-5 years
